Manufacturing

We currently have over 17,000 sq. ft of tightly controlled temperature and humidity production suites for custom formulation, blending, tableting, stick/sachet filling, wrapping and tubing for our clients. Each of our manufacturing lines have integrated vision systems for outstanding product quality and accuracy. Expansion plans underway to more than double our manufacturing footprint of controlled manufacturing suites.

Most of our workforce is on our manufacturing floor. They are what makes Amerilab proud.

Tablets:

  • Three fully integrated lines to compressing effervescent and filling into tube filling equipment
  • Vertical foil wrapping equipment to package single or groups of individually wrapped effervescent tablets with perforations for single tablet use

 

 

Powders into Sticks:

  • Fully integrated “stick” filling equipment
  • 23mm sealed “stick” widths with average fill weights ranging from 3.0 to 7.0 grams
  • 30mm sealed “stick” widths with average fill weights ranging from 7.0 to 11.0 grams.
  • Automated carton equipment is integrated with stick fillers. Carton counts ranging from 8 to 30 sticks per carton.
